Using brush as a rein and Xuan paper as an open field, the creators of the Long Island Chinese Calligraphy Club are contemporary footnotes to this “Journey to the East”, charging forward to a new visual reality of Chinese calligraphy.

The Long Island Chinese Calligraphy Club is a registered 501(c)(3) organization in New York State. Its membership consists of professors, engineers, doctors, entrepreneurs, and other professionals, who congregate here purely for their passion for Chinese calligraphy. The members not only practice their art and craft, but also share their knowledge and experiences with the community through demo and art exhibits.
